Baylor is such an amazing experience that any single person on earth would love to go to. Sure it might be a little expensive but for a degree that you will never forget, you?ll just want to go to a college that you?ll never forget. Go to Baylor the second you go to Waco. This school, specifically the Dover campus, has dropped into the toilet over the last 10 years. I completed a Masters in Secondary Ed in 2008 and had a great experience. I went back for a degree in clinical mental health counseling in 2020 and the experience was 100% different. The university has completely bought into the diversity equity and inclusion stuff so If you're a straight white male be prepared for the indoctrination of your life. It is a terrible institution. From an academic standpoint you will likely receive a knowledge that coincides with professors' point of view. In one of my political science classes discussions that contradict professors' views were not allowed. Terrible. Besides that the college administration is a joke. You can't communicate with the majority of them (besides the help desk who is pretty quick in responses). However, the Magner center and DSO (for international students...   Read the full review...

This is my 3rd college. I graduated from the 2 previously, believing I actually learned things. This university is a joke. I've been teaching myself the majority of my classes. It's a real disappointment when I feel like I know more than the professors. I wish I could get a refund for the classes I taught myself everything in. Even before covid I had a teacher that did not speak more than 200 words to us during the entire semester (IN PERSON). He would tell us a page num...   Read the full review...

An amazing experience of academics combined with personal growth and horizon-expanding. Not being in a large city, we students stuck more to campus (except for pizza, subs, and burgers) and therefore developed a robust smorgasbord of extracurricular activities where (in combination with the friendships formed) half my education occurred. The campus, libraries and reading spaces made one want to study. We made our own parties, too. While I had a good high school educat...   Read the full review...

I had a great 4 years at Butler. The name goes a long way in Indiana as it has a reputation for being a great school. I loved the smaller campus and how everything was accessible. I am transferring after two years. I do not recommend coming here. Trust me, you will hear this from other students. All the students are from the same category, and the school greatly lacks diversity. No school spirit at all (No one goes to the games). Essentially it felt like high school 2.0. The school has really mediocre rankings for the cost. Food sucks, and housing is even worse. Super expensive, and you probably won't get housing. We have been parents of a Providence student for one year. It is a close knit, Christian environment. Teachers really care for the students, and have events where they all get together to eat or for a party/activity. The older students are very welcoming and take younger students under their wings - which is amazing to see. I graduated from Lock Haven. The campus was beautiful when I was there. Most dorms are on the hill so be prepared for lots of steps. I majored in psych and enjoyed my psych professors.
