Overview

Lakeshore Technical College (LTC), established in 1967, is a public two-year institution located in Cleveland, Wisconsin. The college is situated in a rural setting approximately 70 miles north of Milwaukee, providing a tranquil environment for its academic pursuits. Lakeshore Technical College offers a variety of associate degree programs, technical diplomas, and certificate programs, with a particular emphasis on manufacturing, agriculture, and health-related fields. While the college maintains an open admissions policy, its selectivity varies by program, with some technical and specialized disciplines having more competitive entry requirements. The campus does not offer on-campus housing, focusing primarily on commuter students and online learners. Known for its practical, hands-on approach to technical education, LTC provides resources designed to foster workforce readiness. Lakeshore Technical College has an open admission policy which permits enrollment by any high school graduate or GED holding student.  410 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 2,744 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $4,304 plus fees of $258.
