Overview

Everglades University, located in Boca Raton, Florida, is a private institution established in 1998 that provides undergraduate and graduate degree programs with a focus on renewable energy, environmental sustainability, and marine and aviation sciences. Its campus offers a specialized learning environment near the vibrant coastal city of Miami. With an emphasis on innovative and career-oriented curricula, Everglades University caters to a diverse student body with both on-campus and online course offerings. The university is characterized by a less selective admissions process, inviting a broad range of academic backgrounds. In the most recent statistical year 779 prospective students applied, and 548 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 280 enrolled in the school.  2,578 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 46 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $19,200 plus fees of $800.
