Overview

Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts, located in Old Lyme, Connecticut, is a specialized institution dedicated to the fine arts. A relatively intimate college, it is situated in a picturesque New England setting that reflects the colonial architecture akin to its surroundings. Just a short drive from the city of New Haven, the campus is known for its serene environment and focus on easel painting, drawing, sculpture, and illustration. In the most recent statistical year 68 prospective students applied, and 43 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 16 enrolled in the school.  65 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 16 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $28,824 plus fees of $1,632.
