Overview

Pulaski Technical College, situated in North Little Rock, Arkansas, serves as a comprehensive community college within the Arkansas State University System. Located in close proximity to the state capital of Little Rock, the college offers a suburban atmosphere conducive to higher learning. Since its establishment in 1945, Pulaski Tech has grown to provide an expansive range of associate degrees, certificate programs, and continuing education opportunities, catering to a diverse student body. Pulaski Technical College has an open admission policy which permits enrollment by any high school graduate or GED holding student.  2,176 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 2,069 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $4,140 plus fees of $1,680.

Pulaski Technical College is designated as a Predominantly Black Institution (PBI) and receives federal grants supporting the school's efforts to serve low and middle-income Black Americans.
