The University of West Alabama, located in Livingston, is a public university established in 1835. Emphasizing access and affordability, the institution harbors a largely undergraduate population, with a select number of graduate programs. Situated on a rural, 600-acre campus, the university is approximately an hour's drive away from the city of Meridian, Mississippi.
