Overview

Blue Ridge Community and Technical College (BRCTC), established in 1974, is a public institution situated in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The college grants associate degrees, certificates, and offers continuing education and workforce development programs. Blue Ridge Community and Technical College has an open admission policy which permits enrollment by any high school graduate or GED holding student.  750 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 3,497 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $408 plus fees of $3,720.
