Virginia Wesleyan University, established in 1961 and affiliated with the United Methodist Church, sits on a 300-acre suburban campus in Norfolk, Virginia, adjacent to the vibrant city of Virginia Beach. This small, private liberal arts college offers comprehensive undergraduate, graduate, and online programs, with a strong emphasis on the liberal arts and sciences. The university's academic profile includes popular majors in the fields of Biological and Environmental Sciences, Business, Education, and the Social Sciences.
