Overview

Randolph College, located in Lynchburg, Virginia, is a private liberal arts institution known for its strong emphasis on the liberal arts and sciences. Founded in 1891 as Randolph-Macon Woman's College, it became coeducational in 2007 and was subsequently renamed. The college boasts a picturesque campus characterized by its historic and classical architecture. Positioned in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the campus provides a tranquil environment within the vibrant city of Lynchburg, which is roughly 180 miles southwest of Washington, D.C. In the most recent statistical year 1,602 prospective students applied, and 1,522 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 147 enrolled in the school.  532 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 21 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $27,270 plus fees of $660.
