Overview

Snow College, a public community college founded in 1888, is nestled in the small town of Ephraim, Utah, approximately 120 miles south of Salt Lake City. Due to its scenic central Utah setting, the campus exudes a picturesque atmosphere representative of the surrounding Sanpete Valley. The college maintains a comprehensive academic profile with a particular emphasis on associate degree programs and a pathway to higher education through articulation agreements with four-year institutions. Popular majors among students include Business, Communications, and Nursing, with the institution priding itself on the quality of its fine arts programs, especially in Music. Snow College offers on-campus housing options to accommodate its substantial residential student body. Snow College has an open admission policy which permits enrollment by any high school graduate or GED holding student.  3,479 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 2,518 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $3,796 plus fees of $384.
