Lander University, established in 1872 and nestled in the small city of Greenwood, South Carolina, offers a picturesque campus environment that lies approximately an hour away from the urban offerings of Greenville. The university boasts a mix of contemporary and historic architecture across its campus which provides on-campus living accommodations to promote a residential learning experience. Lander is a public institution recognized for its strong academic programs in nursing, business administration, and education, attracting students who seek a more personalized learning climate with a broadly inclusive admissions policy.
