Southwestern Oregon Community College (SOCC) is a public, two-year institution located in Coos Bay, Oregon, perched on the scenic southern Oregon coastline approximately 220 miles southwest of Portland. Founded in 1961, SOCC serves a diverse student population and offers a range of academic programs, with a significant emphasis on Culinary Arts, Nursing, and Business Management among its varied educational offerings.
