Overview

Ohio University-Southern Campus, located in Ironton, Ohio, is one of the regional campuses of the Ohio University system. Situated near the border of Kentucky, it is roughly 30 miles from the city of Huntington, West Virginia. The campus has a history dating back to its establishment in 1956, focusing on providing educational opportunities to both traditional and non-traditional students in the Tri-State region. It maintains a suburban setting and offers a close-knit campus atmosphere. Academically, Ohio University-Southern offers a range of associate, bachelor's, and continuing education programs with notable emphases in nursing, education, and business.
