Overview

Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC), established in 1961, is a public community college located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Situated in a midsized city, FTCC offers a diverse campus setting conducive to both traditional and non-traditional students seeking vocational training, certificates, diplomas, and associate degrees across various fields of study. Notably, FTCC is recognized for its programs in health sciences, cyber defense, and automotive systems technology, reflecting the institution's commitment to align with regional workforce demands. Fayetteville Technical Community College has an open admission policy which permits enrollment by any high school graduate or GED holding student.  3,738 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 6,495 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $2,432 plus fees of $132.

Fayetteville Technical Community College is designated as a Predominantly Black Institution (PBI) and receives federal grants supporting the school's efforts to serve low and middle-income Black Americans.
