Located in the cultural epicenter of New York City, the Manhattan School of Music is a premier private music conservatory celebrating a rich history since its founding in 1917. In the most recent statistical year 1,027 prospective students applied, and 565 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 154 enrolled in the school.  1,092 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 23 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $51,500 plus fees of $1,050.
