Overview

Jefferson Community College (JCC), established in 1961, is a public two-year institution located in Watertown, New York. The campus provides a suburban setting that contributes to the focused, yet relaxed academic atmosphere. The college is situated in close proximity to the Thousand Islands region and is approximately 70 miles north of Syracuse, offering students the charm of a smaller community with access to the amenities of a larger urban area. JCC is known for a diverse range of associate degrees and certificate programs, with notable emphasis on liberal arts, sciences, and technical fields.
