Overview

University of Massachusetts-Lowell is a public research institution established in 1894 and located in the city of Lowell, Massachusetts, just 25 miles northwest of Boston. The campus blends urban and suburban elements, featuring contemporary and historic architecture across its buildings, and provides on-campus housing options to accommodate students.
