Overview

Stevenson University, located in Stevenson, Maryland, is a private institution established in 1947. Initially founded as Villa Julie College, the university has undergone significant transformation, ultimately transitioning to its current name in 2008 to reflect its expansion in scope and scale. Nestled within a suburban setting, Stevenson encompasses a serene campus characterized by contemporary architecture and spans across two campuses ? the original Greenspring campus and the Owings Mills campus. The institution is situated in proximity to the bustling city of Baltimore, offering students urban experiences along with their suburban campus life. In the most recent statistical year 4,793 prospective students applied, and 4,031 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 744 enrolled in the school.  2,780 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 703 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $36,036 plus fees of $2,702.
