MacCormac College

Overview

Founded in 1904, MacCormac College stands as the oldest two-year, private, nonprofit institution in the state of Illinois, situated in the heart of downtown Chicago. This college offers a focused educational experience with an emphasis on court reporting and criminal justice, alongside other programs such as business administration and paralegal studies. MacCormac College has an open admission policy which permits enrollment by any high school graduate or GED holding student.  254 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 49 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $12,000 plus fees of $700.
