Overview

Florida College is a private liberal arts college located in Temple Terrace, Florida, a short distance from the urban offerings of Tampa. Established in 1946, this institution maintains an affiliation with the non-denominational Christian Church and holds a history rooted in providing a faith-based education. Offering a range of associate and bachelor?s degree programs, Florida College is noted for its focus on the liberal arts and sciences, with popular majors including Business Administration, Elementary Education, and Biblical Studies. The campus is characterized by its southern architectural influences and provides residential facilities for students who prefer on-campus living. Florida College's admissions process is moderately selective. While the college does not emphasize a robust athletic program, it provides various intramural sports opportunities for student participation.

In the most recent statistical year 286 prospective students applied, and 205 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 172 enrolled in the school.  542 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 80 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $17,060 plus fees of $1,000.
