Norco College, part of the Riverside Community College District, is a public community college located in the suburban setting of Norco, California, often referred to as "Horse Town USA" due to its rural ambiance and numerous equestrian trails. Established in 1991, the college provides a comprehensive educational experience with associate degree programs, certificates, and transfer opportunities to four-year institutions.
