Lyon College

Overview

Lyon College, situated in Batesville, Arkansas, is a private liberal arts college that traces its heritage back to 1872, making it one of the oldest colleges in the state. Encompassing a suburban campus with distinct residential options, Lyon provides a close-knit educational environment, housing approximately 700 students, emphasizing small class sizes and a low faculty-to-student ratio. The college offers a range of undergraduate degrees, with programs in Business, Education, and Biology being particularly prominent.
